As you know, surveying work is important both in the project phase for the accurate and reliable collection of data, and in the construction phase for the correct implementation of projects and ensuring that this implementation is financially viable.
During the construction phase:
- The project must be correctly interpreted,
- Identifying any project-related issues well in advance,
- Resolving any necessary revisions to the project without disrupting the work process,
- Guiding all components of the manufacturing and work schedule without disruption,
- Ensuring that the measurements of each stage of the construction are calculated and reflected in the payment schedule,
are among the many areas where mapping applications are important.
Therefore, depending on the type of work you are doing, it is also important to work with a mapping team that has experience in this field.
As in every profession, there are many sub-disciplines and areas of application in the surveying profession, and different experiences are required for each different application. All of these are reflected in the work as a plus and/or a minus.
When managing a project with individual personnel, it is important to know:
- Knowledge and skills
- The impact of their personal characteristics on the work process
- The risk of them leaving the job during the execution phase and disrupting data organization
and many other negative factors pose risks.

The number and type of our surveying team and equipment are determined according to the content of the work. They can be increased or decreased depending on the expansion/contraction of the work, provided that prior notice is given.
İnşaat Yapım İşlerinde Harita Ölçüm İşinin Önemi

Bildiğiniz üzere, haritacılık çalışmaları, gerek proje aşamasında verilerin doğru ve güvenilir olarak toplanmasında, gerekse inşaat aşamasında projelerin doğru uygulanması ve bu uygulamanın parasal karşılığının sağlanması noktasında önem arzetmektedir.
Bir inşaat imalatı aşamasında;
- Projenin doğru okunması,
- Projeden kaynaklı varsa sorunların çok önceden tespit edilmesi,
- Projede yapılması gereken revizyon varsa iş sürecini aksatmadan çözüme kavuşturulması,
- İmalatın tüm bileşenlerini ve iş programını aksatmadan yön verilmesi,
- Yapılan imalatın her kademesinin metrajlarının çıkartılarak hakedişe yansımasının sağlanması,
gibi birçok konuda harita uygulaması önem kazanmaktadır.
Bu nedenle; yapacağınız çalışmanın türüne göre, bu çalışmada tecrübe sahibi bir harita ekibiyle çalışıyor olmak da yine önem arzetmektedir.
Her meslekte olduğu gibi haritacılık mesleğinde de birçok alt Ana Bilim Dalı ve uygulama alanı bulunmakta ve her farklı uygulamaya yönelik de farklı tecrübeler gerekmektedir. Bütün bunlar da yapılan işe artı olarak ve/veya eksi olarak yansımaktadır.
